Smethwick Window & Door Installation Project
We recently completed a beautiful full-house upgrade project in Smethwick, transforming both the exterior and interior of this home with high-performance windows and doors, blending style with security and energy efficiency.
Before
The property had tired and outdated windows and doors that no longer matched the character of the home. The clients were looking for a modern yet classic refresh that would elevate kerb appeal and improve insulation throughout.
During: Rear of Property
Work began at the rear of the property. We carefully removed the old units and prepared the openings for installation, ensuring structural integrity and proper insulation. The transformation began to take shape as new units were fitted with precision and care.
Upstairs Installation
We installed two distinct window colours to complement the different elevations of the home:
Chartwell Green uPVC Windows were installed upstairs at the rear, adding a soft, heritage-inspired tone that looks timeless and elegant.
On the front elevation, we fitted Agate Grey uPVC Windows, giving the home a sleek, contemporary finish from the street view.
To complete the upper-level transformation, we also constructed a brand new porch, perfectly matching the updated exterior aesthetics.
Inside View
From the interior, the new windows not only enhanced the look but drastically improved soundproofing and thermal performance. The homeowners immediately noticed the difference in warmth and quiet.
Bay Window & Porch Installation
Downstairs, we installed a stunning Agate Grey Bay Window, perfectly positioned to let in natural light while maintaining a modern finish. The Agate Grey Porch adds an elegant touch to the entrance, giving the property a refreshed and inviting façade.
New Composite Door
We fitted a high-security Anthracite Grey Composite Door to finish off the front of the property. Not only does it add an eye-catching contrast, but it also offers excellent insulation, durability, and peace of mind thanks to its multi-point locking system.
